Customer Site Report
This report lists the addresses, phone numbers and Salesman
codes of the Jobs/Sites by customer, site, salesman selection, open
status and/or created date.
The spreadsheet output also includes Created date/time and
optionally the Site Tax information.
An * (asterisk) can be entered in the From Customer and/or
To Customer fields, to include Global Sites in the selected
Site Range.
This is a useful tool to review newly created sites and to
confirm the Tax Codes are correct.
The prompts are:

- FROM CUSTOMER
- Leave this field blank to include all customers or enter a
starting customer number, or lookup the customer in the Accounting Customer Search window, or enter *
(asterisk) in the From Customer field to include Global
sites.
- TO CUSTOMER
- Leave this field blank to include all customers or enter an
ending customer number, or lookup the customer in the window, or
enter * (asterisk) to include Global sites.
FROM SITE #
- Leave this field blank to include all shipping addresses or
enter the desired starting job/site number, or lookup the site# in
the Site Search window.
- TO SITE #
- Leave this field blank to include all shipping addresses or
enter the desired ending job/site number, or lookup the site# in
the window.
SITE STATUS
- Select one of the following status options:
- Select Open to only include Sites flagged as "Site Open"
in the Additional Site Information window,
in the output.
- Select Closed to only return Sites that are no longer
active and are flagged as closed.
- Select Both to include all Sites regardless of whether
they are open or closed.
SALESMAN, "ALL" OR "SEL"

- Type ALL to include Sites for all Salesman codes in the
report.
- To print the report for a single Salesman, enter the Salesman
code or select one from the drop-down list as setup in Salesman Codes.
- Type SEL to select several Salesman codes to include in the
report, as outlined in Select Salesman
Codes.
BY CREATED DATE
- Uncheck this box if the "Created" date logged in the Customer Site Information should not be used as a
filter.
Check this box to only return eligible Sites that were created
within the following date range:
- FROM CREATED DATE
- This field is only accessible if the "By Created Date" filter
is checked.
Accept the default current month start date or enter a preferred
start date for the range.
- TO CREATED DATE
- Accept the default date to apply today's date as the site
creation cut-off date or enter a preferred end date for the
range.
Note: Older Sites may not carry a "Created" date.
REPORT OPTIONS
- This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in
Operators.
Select one of the output options to Print a report or export
the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.
- EXPORT TAX DETAILS
- This selection is only available for the Excel output option
and Standard or Enhanced Taxing.
Uncheck this box if the Tax information is not required on the
spreadsheet output.
Check this box to include the Tax information from the Customer Site Information as follows:
- Standard Taxing: The two Tax Codes
assigned to each Site are displayed.

Enhanced Taxing: Up to ten Site Tax Codes and Rates associated
the GEOCode are exported, along with up to ten Tax Exemption record
details as defined in the Tax Exemptions
window for the Site.
If GEOCodes are used the Tax Codes are based on the Site GEOCode if
defined, before the Customer GEOCode, and then the Customer's
Division GEOCode.
Division does not apply to Global Sites.

Vertex Taxing: This 'Export Tax Details' option is ignored for
Companies using the 'Vertex Tax' method as set in the Company Taxing Parameters.

- Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL
to abort.
