Customer Site Report

Accounts Receivable Menu -> Customer Site Information -> REPORT button -> Customer Site Report

This report lists the addresses, phone numbers and Salesman codes of the Jobs/Sites by customer, site, salesman selection, open status and/or created date.
The spreadsheet output also includes Created date/time and optionally the Site Tax information.
An * (asterisk) can be entered in the From Customer and/or To Customer fields, to include Global Sites in the selected Site Range.

This is a useful tool to review newly created sites and to confirm the Tax Codes are correct.

TO CUSTOMER

  • Select Closed to only return Sites that are no longer active and are flagged as closed.
  • Select Both to include all Sites regardless of whether they are open or closed.

SALESMAN, "ALL" OR "SEL"

FROM CREATED DATE
This field is only accessible if the "By Created Date" filter is checked.
Accept the default current month start date or enter a preferred start date for the range.
TO CREATED DATE
Accept the default date to apply today's date as the site creation cut-off date or enter a preferred end date for the range.

Note: Older Sites may not carry a "Created" date.

REPORT OPTIONS
This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in Operators.
Select one of the output options to Print a report or export the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.
EXPORT TAX DETAILS
This selection is only available for the Excel output option and Standard or Enhanced Taxing.
Uncheck this box if the Tax information is not required on the spreadsheet output.

Check this box to include the Tax information from the Customer Site Information as follows:

  • Standard Taxing: The two Tax Codes assigned to each Site are displayed.
  • Enhanced Taxing: Up to ten Site Tax Codes and Rates associated the GEOCode are exported, along with up to ten Tax Exemption record details as defined in the Tax Exemptions window for the Site.
If GEOCodes are used the Tax Codes are based on the Site GEOCode if defined, before the Customer GEOCode, and then the Customer's Division GEOCode.
Division does not apply to Global Sites.

  • Vertex Taxing: This 'Export Tax Details' option is ignored for Companies using the 'Vertex Tax' method as set in the Company Taxing Parameters.
