Inspection Forms for Reservation

Multiple Inspection Forms can be defined in this window for a product detail line on a Reservation for servicing through the Texada Web application.
Forms can be assigned manually to the product detail or Group detail on the Reservation from this window, if the form is setup as a Reservation type inspection in the Inspection Forms table.

Inspection Forms can also be automatically added to a Reservation for a product or Group detail if the Inspection Forms is defined at the product Group level or the Product Make and Model Master table.

Resulting List Search windows are provided on the "Trx" (Transaction) column to select the line item on the document and on the "Inspection Form" column to select from Reservation type inspections.
Multiple forms can be assigned to each "Trx" as required.
The "Inspection Form Name" and the "Last Updated" date & time are populated.
The Expanded record displays the sequence number of the line item on the document and the product number.

A window is provided in the "Dtl" (Detail) column to view or print the Inspection Form Results.
The VIEW RESULTS button also accesses the Inspection Form Results to view and print the inspection forms list.
