If a Group is added to a Counter Worksheet, Reservation Details or Rental Quote Details and that Group does not have its own rates or if the 'Use Group Rates for Group Booking' flag is not checked in the "Rental Information" window for the Group, then this product selection window is triggered to pick a product from that Group in order to determine the applicable rates.
Note: This applies to Groups for Rental equipment only, as Sales Groups cannot be reserved on a worksheet.
The resulting list of products in the Group are displayed with product descriptions and only includes assets that have a rate structure and have at least one active Tag. This means that disposed assets are not returned and assets without rates are not returned for selection.
The document list can be resorted by any column in ascending or
descending order, by clicking on the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to temporarily reposition
them as required.
To select a product from the list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.

Additional actions provided by buttons on
the Select Product From Group screen include:
View Equipment Availability:
Click on a product record in the list to highlight it in focus and
then click the BOOKINGS button to view the product
commitments as outlined in Product
Availability Inquiry.
View Rate Information:
Click on a product record in the list to highlight it in focus and
then click the RATES button to view the rental rate
structure for the product as outlined in Rate
Information.
